Use of construction equipment can create ground vibrations potentially impacting surrounding structures, therefore, understanding the potential risk of property damage is an important aspect of preconstruction surveys.

Understanding the human perception zone and following appropriate measures can prepare you in the event occupants perceive vibrations and allege damages.
Once you input the equipment and soil type intoZoneCheck, an aerial image of your project site/area is generated that includes both “zones” of influence and their distances. This information can help you further develop mitigation plans specific to the type of work underway.
